Features of the Wüsthof Classic series

The Wüsthof Classic series has been around for decades and was developed with one goal: to make reliable kitchen knives you can count on for years. Each knife is forged from a single piece of stainless steel. This makes it strong and well-balanced, with a satisfying feel when cutting. You notice it straight away: the knife feels stable and moves through ingredients with control. The Classic series includes individual knives, such as chef's knives, santokus and vegetable knives, as well as complete knife sets. The wide range makes it easy to put together a set that suits the way you cook.

Wüsthof Classic material

The handle is made from POM (polyoxymethylene) and attached to the stainless steel blade with three distinctive, sturdy rivets. This makes the knife strong, wear-resistant and resistant to moisture and heat. Even with intensive use, it stays comfortable, hygienic and attractive. Its ergonomic shape offers a secure grip, even when you spend longer in the kitchen. The knives are sharpened with laser precision, so they are sharp straight out of the box and retain their sharpness well with normal use.

Wüsthof Classic, Classic White or Classic Color?

Alongside the familiar black version, the Wüsthof Classic series is also available as Wüsthof Classic White and Wüsthof Classic Color. The knives are technically identical; the difference is their appearance. Classic White looks fresh and understated, while Classic Color brings more colour to the kitchen and makes the knives easy to tell apart.
