Did your product break? We would love to help you sort out the warranty. This is how it works.
1 You can register the warranty claim via the contact form.
2 We will send you a warranty number and an advice on the possible outcome.
3 You will send the product to us.
4 We will send you an email as soon as we have received the product and the warranty claim.
5 Our product specialist will check your product and, if necessary, send it to our supplier. We will do whatever we can to fix the product.
6 Our customer service department will inform you about the status and progress .
The warranty process
You need a warranty number for the warranty claim. You can request this number via the contact form. You write down this number on the packing slip, turning it into your warranty form. We will email you the instructions on how to return the product. If you don't have the packing slip anymore, you can download and print a warranty form here.
When processing warranty cases we often depend on the suppliers and the time it will take them to resolve the issue. That is why a warranty claim can take some time.
Warranty shipments are at the risk of the buyer. Kato Group BV cannot be held accountable for missing or damaged shipments and products. Check all warranty conditions here.
