The blade of the XinCare knives is made from 304Cu stainless steel. This steel is corrosion resistant and anti-bacterial thanks to the increased copper content. Perfect for kitchen knives. To make sure the knives are amazing to use, the blades are enhanced with a core made from rock-solid powder steel. As such they are corrosion resistant and have a hardness of no less than 62 HRC!

The handles are made from G10. A rock-solid plastic that can handle moisture, heat or acids. It can handle falls and shocks. As mentioned before the black/white or red/black lines make the handles look very stylish. The handles have a typical, Japanese octagonal style. A so-called WA handle. These handles, however, are extra special: they're twisted! It gives these knives a graceful look. Despite this remarkable shape, the knives feel great in hand. A stunning mosaic pin at the end of the handle finishes this stunning design.
