Tojiro Zen Black: stunning, black kitchen knives

The Tojiro Zen Black collection is the dark version of this oak wood version. The knives radiate the Japanese tradition of knife making. The rather large traditional D-shaped handle is made from light-weight dark-coloured chestnut wood. The result is that, despite its size, the handle is still relatively light-weight. The blade is comprised of three layers. A VG10 steel core laminated in between two layers of 13 chrome steel. Professional sharpness and simple maintenance.
