## From Special Forces to Spartan Blades


The people behind the Spartan Blades are Curtis Lovito and Mark Carey. Both ex-US Special Forces with over 40 years of experience in the American army. During his time in the army Lovito already made custom knives for his Special Forces comrades. After their military service both men started working in the tactical equipment trade. However, at some point they realized that their military experience, their passion for knives, and the knowledge they had obtained could and should be combined. The result was the in 2008 established Spartan Blades. Throughout the years both gentlemen won different major awards together and even today they work on their success story on a daily basis.

Spartan Blades makes fantastic pocket knives and fixed knives. Years of military experience, American craftsmanship, and the best American materials combined.
