Kitchen Knives & Cooking
Kramer by Zwilling Euro Meiji-series
The Euro Meiji-series is the ultimate series of kitchen knives by Zwilling by Kramer, designed by Bob Kramer himself. Eastern and Western philosophies come together in seven unique knives.
Created for those who want both high quality and distinctive design. The Euro Meiji-knives are sure to meet even the highest of expectations.
Each Kramer by Zwilling Euro Meiji knife is fantastic to look at. The blade has a core of FC61-steel, surrounded by a hundred other layers of steel. Thanks to a special process all the knives get their own exclusive damask pattern. During this process, the blade is polished and undergoes a special ice hardening process twice. As a result, a hardness of 61 HRC is obtained. This makes the blades extremely hard and ensures that they maintain their sharp edge for a very long time.
Not only the blade, but also the handle contributes to the special nature of the knives. This is made of Pakkawood, a rigid and durable wood type with a beautiful grain. Each handle has an eye-catching mosaic pin. Entirely hand-made with the logo of Kramer by Zwilling. Thanks to the ergonomic D-shaped handle, the comfort while cutting is magnificent.
Kramer by Zwilling Euro Meiji-knives: wonderful to see, brilliant performance!
