(It was personal preference). The axe has kept its edge and looking forward to taking it out into the field. Improvements it could be supplied with a sheaf to protect the blade and me when In transit, not a problem because it was stated within the purchase. Will definitely buy from Knives and Tools in the future.

Great, I am a Carpenter and have been looking for a good solid Carpenters axe since mine was stolen, This axe ticks all the boxes and at the right price. I would recommend it, Only critisisam the handle is a bit too long. but all round a great axe for a Carpenter.
