Expectations
You could make your own from leather or canvas but £12 why bother? These are thick leather and a quality item. I've treated with Beeswax (Skerper, from K&T) to condition and water proof the leather on the smooth side (not on the rougher side as probably a bad idea to start a fire on a waxed mat. Excellent product.
