Engraving was done quickly with no noticeable delay to delivery which was nice, correspondence was quick and friendly, plus the actual transfer was accurate, however... On mine, there are a few hair-thin streaks where the laser skipped a line for some reason. The whole design was etched at a 90 degree angle instead of aligning with the handle, meaning one of the corners of the design goes over the chamfered edge, and the padding on all sides looks poor. I supplied a mock-up for placement but it was ignored. If there was a limitation in the equipment that made placing the handle at an angle impossible, it was not mentioned. After carrying it just once, the black in the engraving started to rub off in one part. I didn't get it wet, or intentionally wipe it, but now that part of the design is very faded under anything but perfect light. Disappointing that after taking the time to make the vector, it came out like this. Didn't cost a lot, but the knife kind of did, so it's frustrating that it could've so easily been better.
