With out doubt these knives are truly great at keeping an edge on them. I have had one in my pocket for about 15 years, and for the cost I think they’re an awesome bit of kit. My Sheffield carbon steel knife which cost £65, doesn’t keep the edge on it as well as this Opinel Carbon with every day use Mike ( Game Keeper )
