Full description
Kai’s BBQ set consists of a steak knife and an oak wooden cutting board. A really nice combination to cut a T-bone steak or juicy piece of prime rib. The steak knife has a handle with a little more European design than other Kai knives. It is made from the frequently-used Pakkawood. The blade consists of three layers (a core of 10A Clad-Steel that is lined with SUS410 steel) with a hardness of HRC 59(± 1).
