This fish knife is simply the best and strongest one we have ever seen.  
The blade is made from famous VG10 steel, which retains its sharpness for a long time.

The blade is narrow, but relatively thick and great for fishing. You can, however, also use it for many other things. 

The comfortable and hygienic handle, made from Kraton, provides enough grip, even if you have wet or greasy hands. 

The knife comes with a decent zytel sheath.

Ce modèle est léger et très maniable, je le trouve bien équilibré et sa pointe est très précise dans les découpes. Je désosse des carcasses bovines une bonne partie de la journée, contrairement à mes outils habituels, cette lame offre une tenue de tranchant plus longue (VG10 59hrc). L'émouture est très bien réalisé, si vous cherchez une sorte de désosseur solide, le F2 est à prendre en considération. Voyez le comme un grand scalpel très solide. 
Le manche convient bien aux petites mains, le grip est bien présent, même mouillé ça ne glisse pas. Je l'utilise pour diverses activités (chasse, pêche, boucherie, bushcraft) et il remplie parfaitement son rôle.
Rangé dans son étui, le transport se fait sans risque, tout s'emboîte parfaitement "clac".  Je le trouve un peu cher pour cette catégorie de lame, mais c'est du Fallkniven, une valeur sûre pour moi.

mooi afgewerkt vismes. niet goedkoop, maar kwaliteit kost geld. snel geleverd.
nu nog zien hoe lang mes scherp blijft in de praktijk.

Etwas teuer aber saugut! Ist halt Fällkniven!

Een stabiel zeer scherp mes. Voldoet volledig aan de verwachting. 

Goed manusje van alles. Lichter, dunner, anger en spitser dan de F1 en daardoor makkelijker te gebruiken voor voedselbereiding.
Het staal is de gebruikelijke gelamineerde VG10 sandwich. Het mes is convex geslepen. 
In tegenstelling tot de productfoto's, is het mes dat men ontvangt de nieuwere uitvoering van de F2. Bij die nieuwe uitvoering steekt de 'tang' niet meer uit het handvat. Dat wist ik weliswaar, maar ik vind het toch jammer.
De zytel schede voldoet, maar is oersaai en beperkt.
