The **Bark River Micro Canadian K03-023-BCN** is a practical fixed knife, made by Bark River Knives in the United States. This knife is definitely meant to be used. Ergonomically speaking, this knife is close to perfect. The large handle and the finger grooves ensure that you have plenty of grip. ## Bark River Micro Canadian blade

The blade is made from American CPM 3V steel. A premium type of stainless steel that retains its sharpness well. As you'd expect from Bark River, the knife is razor-sharp. The edge has been enhanced with a convex grind which you can maintain by [stropping it](/en/ct/stropping.htm).

## Bark River Micro Canadian handle

The handle is made from canvas micarta. This is a strong and light-weight material, made from linen and synthetic resin. It is comfortable to hold, even in wet or cold conditions.

Das es klein ist, rechnet man ja mit, wenn man die Daten liest, aber es ist wirklich, na sagen wir „Süß“

Es liegt super in der Hand! 
Erst dachte ich, es wäre etwas zu kantig, jedoch aufgrund der Größe liegt es super in der Hand!

Meins ist super scharf, trotz der 3mm Klingenstärke und auch dank des FHG wirklich ein guter Cutter.
Es ist super für feine Schnitzarbeiten und als EDC.
Man kann, wen man die Motivation hat, sogar Äpfel damit schneiden.

Alles in allem, würde ich sagen super Teil.

Ich würde mir trotzdem eine etwas geringere Klingenstärke (2-2,5mm) wünschen.

Empfehlung, wenn man genug Messer hat.
Auch als  Brieföffner auf dem Schreibtisch oder piggyback auf nem größeren Messer…
