The Opinel Pocket knife with wooden handle. Originally created by Joseph Opinel in 1890 for use by farmers. The Opinel Pocket knife is a famous, yet very cheap pocket knife for everyday use. You can get very small versions or fairly large ones. The series 'My First Opinel' is especially intended for children. The rounded tip minimizes the risk to injuries. Of course the blade is normally ground, to make it fit for real use. The My First Opinel-series is available in several cheerful colours.  
  


This pocket knife is equipped with the simple but effective Virobloc-lock system. The blade is locked by the ring that can be pivoted around the hinge point. A classic in true sense of the word.

Kocht deze voor mijn zoon (4j). Super scherp! Toch kindvriendelijk door de ronde punt. Door het lock systeem van Opinel, kan het mes niet dicht klappen en in de vingertjes snijden. 

Mooi produkt maar de levering liep totaal fout, kies zeker post nl niet, ze vervalsen je handtekening enleveren het product op een fout adres

Bought for gift but opinel knives are excellent value and shockingly sharp, even this round nosed one aimed at kids. 

Leuk mesje voor mijn zoon voelt prima aan. Maar kan hier nog geen langer gebruik over vermelden. 

We hebben dit mes cadeau gegeven (we hadden het daarvoor aan onze zoon cadeau gegeven), we wisten wat we gaven omdat we er zelf ervaring mee hadden. Het is een prima mes voor kinderen, veilig, praktisch, je kunt verschillende kleuren kiezen, echt super.
