This **Leatherman Micra** is the perfect multi-tool to accompany your keys. It is only 6.4 cm long. And yet it is comprised with a couple practical tools. While most Leatherman's are enhanced with pliers the Micra comes with a surprisingly large pair of scissors. A solid spring pushes the scissors open to make sure you can easily use them. Of course the Micra is also enhanced with a knife, screwdrivers and many more practical functions.

Wat een mooi en handig instrument is de Micra.
Hij valt natuurlijk in een totaal andere categorie dan zijn grote broers, maar de beste multitool is toch altijd die tool die je bij je hebt als je hem nodig hebt. En deze heb je altijd bij de hand als je hem aan je sleutelbos hangt.
De afwerking is goed en over de stevigheid van deze kleine alleskunner valt niets te klagen.
De schaar werkt prima voor het lichtere knipwerk. Het veert prima open na iedere knip.
Elke tool klikt mooi vast in een slip-joint mechanisme dat stevig genoeg is voor lichtere klusjes. Het mesje is aan 1 kant geslepen en mocht wat scherper zijn.
Leuke handige multitool om altijd en overal bij je te hebben.

Een gegeven paard mag je niet enz...... Ooit als gift gekregen van Knives&Tools voor een goed bevallen recensie, waarvoor reeds eerder dank uitgesproken.
Dit is een heel fijn micro (of micra?) handy-tool, waar je goed bij na moet denken om het in je KOFFER te doen, alvorens je in een vliegtuig stapt. Gezien het (broekzak)formaat ligt het voor de hand dat te vergeten....! Is gelukkig niet gebeurd. Voor het steviger werk wordt de Grote Broer Leatherman Wingman gebruikt. Die moet natuurlijk ook in de koffer, maar dan moet je weer even op het maximaal toegestane gewicht gaan letten, voor je die koffer incheckt.... 
Altijd bij de les blijven dus..!!

Ik was aangenaam verrast toen ik de verpakking van deze tool opende. De tool voelt degelijk en solide aan, en ik ga er waarschijnlijk lang plezier van hebben.

Ik twijfel wel of ik i.p.v. het schaartje niet liever een tangetje gehad zou hebben. Jammer genoeg zal het bij dit soort tools altijd een of/of situatie zijn.
