The **Fällkniven GP** is a classically designed pocket knife. It even has a retro vibe. It is, however, made from extremely modern materials such as the newly laminated cobalt steel. Professional hunters have called this knife the ultimate hunting pocket knife. A big advantage is that thanks to the open design and the liner lock, the knife is easy to clean.


Besides a functional hunting knife this is a real gentleman's knife. The name GP stands for 'Gentleman's Pocket knife'. The blade opens easily and everything feels very solid. With this knife, Fällkniven shows once again why this brand has such a good reputation.


Instead of a pocket clip the GP has a small shackle to which you can attach a lanyard. As such you will never lose your knife. 


The blade is made from laminated cobalt steel with a hardness of HRC 60. The newly laminated cobalt steel (for the enthusiasts the composition: C 1.1%. Cr. 16%. W 0.3%. Mo 1.5%. V 0.3%. Co 2.5%.) is very hard, and won't chip easily. And an additional advantage is that you can sharpen it sharper than for instance VG10 or 3G steel.

Ich hab jahrelang überlegt, ob ich so viel Geld für ein Messer ausgebe. Nach langen Überlegungen habe ich schließlich zugeschlagen. Ich finde das Messer wunderschön und es liegt gut in der Hand. Was meiner Meinung nach allerdings wirklich traurig ist, ist, dass der linerlock nicht hält. Mit etwas Druck auf den klingen Rücken bewegt sich der linerlock und droht die Klinge wieder zum einklappen freizugeben. Bei einem mäßigen Schlag mit der Hand auf den Klingenrücken löst sich der linerlock und die Klinge klappt ein. Bei einem Messer für fast 250€ ist das absolut nicht angemessen und entspricht nicht meiner Erwartung. Ich habe mich im Internet informiert und anscheinend ist das ein generelles Problem welches nicht nur ich bei meinem Modell habe. Ich würde das Messer nur denen empfehlen, die nicht viel Wert darauf legen, dass sie ein sicher verriegelndes Messer bekommen. Insgesamt würde ich sagen dass das Messer wunderschön ist aber qualitativ meine Erwartungen bei weitem nicht erfüllt hat. Ich würde das Messer nichtmehr kaufen. 

Heb ik altijd al willen hebben. Goed zakmes. Mooie aanbieding, waarmee de prijs -kwaliteit verhouding zeer gunstig is. En nu heb ik hem.

Zooo! Dit is echt een parel! Classic looks top materialen. Mooi scherp geleverd, ook nog een suède hoesje erbij geleverd. Een echt gentleman knife waar je alles mee kan.
Super afgewerkt en de kracht straalt eraf!!!

Een echt hebbe ding ,voor mij al lang iets dat op mijn lijstje stond .
Als kind was ik hier al helemaal  weg van, mijn grootvader had altijd een zakmes op zak .
