I’m usually a fan of Shun, Miyabi and Wüsthof knives but decided to give the Eden a go. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much at this price but was taken aback at the quality and finish of these knives. They are outstanding and have become my “go to” knives. The blades are extremely sharp out of the box and retain their edges well. The odd strop is all that is needed to keep them sharp. Would highly recommend.

A good solid knife but there are issues surrounding returns at the moment and if you are UK based pleased bear in mind you may have to pay for the cost of returns which can be complicated and at significant cost.
