For the money, exceptional. Really sharp, lovely weight. Cuts like a dream. And Knives and Tools were amazing in getting it sent out on time. Happy customer!

A brilliant knife for the money. Good looking and sharp, with a blade that holds an edge. Traditional weight with very good balance. If you like the look of these knives you won't be disappointed.

Performance The knife feels excellent in the hand, and is perfectly balanced, with the centre of balance being at exactly where the forefinger and thumb grip the blade whilst using a 'pinch grip'. The blade is exceptionally sharp out of the box, and remained paper-cutting sharp for several weeks without honing. Fit and Finish The knife feels very solid and sturdy. However, close inspection of the 'layered' damascus shell of the blade, it appears as if these layers are fake, and doesn't look as authentic as other, more expensive blades. Also, the resin on the handle attemps to appear as wood, but is obviously resin, with a pattern imprinted onto it. Also, there are some gaps between the resin and the tang in the handle. However, overall the knife feels and performs very well, and at the low price, the fit and finish issues can be forgiven.
