Are your knives in need of sharpening?

The **DMT Simple Sharp** is a pull-through sharpener that will help you sharpen your knives in no time at all. Pull it through five or six times and you will once again have sharp knives. Another advantage is that you always use the right sharpening angle when you use this sharpener. As such both sides of the edge will be evenly sharpened.


This pull-through sharpener is enhanced with diamond-coated sharpening stones, perfect for hard types of steel. The grain size of these sharpening stones is 600.

Naja. 
Die verbauten Schleifmittel sin definitiv gut,
Da Rest ist nicht so mein Fall.
Mann hält damit schon scharfe Messer scharf wenn der Winkel der Schneide so um die 20 Grad hat. 


Alles ist schön scharf, ab er zerkratzt die Flanken der Messer ... mein Fehler?

I didn't have the impression that the knives were much sharper after sharpening. No scientific tests were done, but it feels rather easy to pull through; I feel that it will take more pressure to sharpen hard steel.
I would have spent more for a better product
