Useful cutting help for quickly and safely slicing fruit and vegetables at a constant thickness. Delivery includes 3 serrated blades for cutting 'en julienne'.


Mandolins are very useful tools when cutting fruits and vegetables. Cut your vegetables fast an safe, on an adjustable thickness. Just like using a food processor, you cut a constant thickness of slices. However, cleaning a mandolin goes much faster than cleaning a kitchen machine.   
  


The Benriner Super  mandolin of Japanese origin,  can be set to the correct thickness very quickly. Using the screw on the bottom of the machine, you can change the cutting height and there with the slice thickness. That's all there is to it! The included finger protector ensures that you can cut without risk of injury. The pins in the guardian keep the vegetable firmly in place. The Super mandolin is similar to the ' regular ' mandolin. Only the dimensions are larger.  
   


The Benriner Super mandolin comes with 3 blades that can be placed vertically and which you can use for cutting vegetables ' en julienne '. That means you cut thin strips or rods. You can choose from fine, medium or coarse.

Een steengoede mandoline, ik gebruik hem zowel privé als professioneel. Er zijn ook andere heel goede mandolines met extra functionaliteiten, maar geen enkele kan tippen aan de prijs/kwaliteit verhouing van Benriner. Een heel fijn gereedschap, keurig geleverd door Knivesandtools. 

De mandoline werkt perfect voor het snijden van schijfjes wortel, aubergine, courgette, aardappel,... met precies dezelfde dikte. Dat is een plezier. Met het inzetstukje kan je ook vlot een courgette in slierten krijgen, maar een wortel is te hard voor reepjes. De focus ligt dus vooral op schijfjes, en niet zozeer op julienne snijden.

Eerste klas messen, niet de duurste en niet de goedkoopste maar gewoon heel goed. 

Le Produit correspond bien à la description. Utilisé pour faire une tarte aux pommes... ultra rapide et bien régulier et pour faire des chips de Panais ..pas mal aussi.. mais plus délicat à faire et moins régulier (premier test) !  Le réglage en épaisseur ce fait bien, la vis pourrait peut être plus "bloquante"... afin d'éviter le déréglage .. Le notice jointe est , hélas en anglais.. triste ..dommage.  Super tranchant
