The Zwilling Sharp Pro will quickly sharpen your knives. It is really easy to use. The front is enhanced with a button for the different modes. For sharpening you use mode I. In this mode the wheel is blocked and won't rotate. You pull the knife from heel to tip through the slot. Repeat this a couple times. After sharpening the knife in mode I you continue with mode II. In this mode the wheel does rotate, making your knife a even sharper. Repeat this movement a couple times. The sharpening results are not as good as with a sharpening stone. It it, however, fast and easy to use. As such you don't have to be an expert to use this pull-through sharpener!
