## How to use the Tojiro Pro TJPRO63-GIFTSET, 2-piece knife set

The Tojiro Pro chef's knife is perfect when cutting, crushing and scooping meat, fish and vegetables. The Tojiro Pro petty is the Japanese version of a paring knife. This small peeling knife is great for precision tasks like cutting and dicing your ingredients.

## Tojiro Pro steel type

The blades of these knives are made of 62 layers of high-quality Damascus steel with Japanese VG10 steel at its core. The result is a knife with a hard blade that retains its sharpness for a long time. Despite its hardness it is also very flexible and hard. The convex grind of the edge will retain its sharpness for a very long time, and it's easy to sharpen.

## Tojiro Pro handle

The lightweight handle feels great in hand. It is made from compressed layers of thin wood and synthetic resin, better known as pakkawood. This material is moisture resistant, very hygienic and firmly attached with three stainless rivets for additional strength.
