Full description
This SCANPAN Classic pan is relatively light in weight and therefore very pleasant to use. The pan is made from pressurized cast aluminium. Under 250 tons of pressure, melted aluminium is pressed into a mould to create a very stable and sturdy pan. As such bending is almost impossible. For that reason you also receive a life-long warranty on the pan not bending.
