Sakai Takayuki 33-Layer Damascus chef's knife 24 cm

Fantastic

Good overall, I personally like the look. I wanted western kitchen knives, but detest a bolster preventing sharpening the whole edge, so this knife fulfilled what I wanted. The fit is good, and the finish too. My only criticism is the grind on cutting edge was slightly uneven at the last 10mm. Other than this minor irritation the knife is hair shaving sharp, and I am slowly replacing my existing knives with these.
