Le Creuset pancake pan/crepe pan 27cm, black

A great little pan for crepes and galettes. I chose the cast iron pan (as opposed to aluminium) as we cook on a Rayburn which isn’t the hottest hob going, and tends to lose heat as you cook. Pleased to report that this does a great job, building up a nice head of heat. Also, whilst it’s not non-stick I haven’t had any problems (use non-salted butter). The pan has a lovely old-school feel and weight. Highly recommended.
