Thanks to a special process all knives get their own damask pattern. During this process the blade is polished and is subjected to an ice hardening process. As such you are left with a hardness of 61 HRC. It makes the knives extremely robust and hard, and it ensures that they retain their sharpness for a very long time.

Not only the blade but also the handle contributes to the special character of the knives. Made of pakka wood, a form-retaining and durable type of wood with a beautiful grain. Each handle is also equipped with an eye-catching mosaic pin. 100% handcrafted in the shape of the Kramer by Zwilling logo.
