The F1 is held securely in these sheaths and doesn’t rattle around like it did in the old ones. The lanyard isn’t particularly well designed. For convenient one-handed use, it should be positioned on the opposite side. To release the retention mechanism, you have to hold the sheath with your left hand and pull the lanyard with your right. The thumb ramp for drawing the knife is also not very well designed. In this respect, the old Fällkniven Zytel sheath was better too. I bought these for my collection because the price was very good. All these comments are just my personal opinion and shouldn’t influence anyone’s decision to buy them. Overall, this is an excellent product with a few quirks. Perhaps the manufacturer will gather feedback and improve the design in the future.

Very practical; it does the job. One might wish for a little more, given the unquestionable quality of Fällkniven knives.
