Eden Susumi SG2 paring knife, 13.5 cm

This is an excellent pairing knife of which I own both the 10cm & 13cm versions, they both look stunning, fit very comfortably in my hand when in use and only require a gentle swipe over a ceramic rod to acquire and maintain a razor sharp long lasting edge. Highly recommend

Overall an attractive looking knife, very light, good feeling/fitting handle (though this obviously a personal view/choice), blade very thin and sharp out of the box, only been using it for a few weeks so will have to see how long it stays sharp and then how easy it is to resharpen, hence 4 stars at moment - if it's good on those two counts would get 5 stars.
