The **Case Knives Medium Jack** is a slim and cool traditional knife. It is enhanced with two blades: a classic clippoint and a smaller pen blade. The handle is shaped like an S. As such it feels great in hand. You open both blades with two hands and a slipjoint keeps the blade open.

## Case CV carbon steel

The blade is made from Case Chrome-Vanadium steel, also called CV steel. This is a type of carbon steel that is loved because you can easily sharpen it. With only a minimum amount of effort you can truly make this knife razor-sharp. You do, however, have to be careful when it comes to rust. Long-term exposure to moisture, salt or acids ensure that the blade will discolour or even rust. Enthusiasts appreciate that in time a *patina* forms on the blade. This means that the steel gets a matt, grey colour. As such the knife gets a character all its own, making it unique. 

## Dark Red Jigged Bone handle

The handle is made from *Dark Red Jigged Bone*. This is basically cow bone that is enhanced with an interesting texture. Afterwards it is enhanced with a nice colour and polished. This is a truly classic type of handle material which radiates class and elegance. It nicely matches the Case knives. In this case the knife is enhanced with a *Peach Seed* texture.
