Meet the Boska Dutch cheese knife oak. A traditional cheese knife from the Netherlands where you cut through the cheese with a rocking movement. This medium version has a 15 cm long blade and is made for semi-hard and hard cheeses.
The cheese knife is enhanced with two handles. One is placed horizontally in line with the blade, the other is placed vertically on the other side of the blade. This allows you to cut through the cheese in a controlled manner with the necessary force. The result is very straight pieces of cheese.
This Boska Dutch cheese knife is part of the Oak collection. Cheese knives, cheese slicers and cheese graters with a stainless steel blade and a handle made from European oak. A collection with a cool, natural look. After use wash the cheese knife by hand. The oak wood is namely not dishwasher proof.
