The **Yoshiharu Penanto kiridashi** is a super thin, flat knife. It is inspired by the knives used to draw shapes in woodworking. A cut by this knife is much thinner than a pencil line. The blade is also truly razor-sharp. The sheath and handle are made from brass. It gives some weight to the knife, giving you better control. Because it is so flat, you can easily take this Yoshiharu Penanto with you.

## About Yoshiharu

Yoshiharu produces traditional gouges and wood carving knives. The company is over one hundred years old and was originally founded in Tokyo, Japan. It is a small company with just 45 employees. And part of the production is actually still done by hand. Cool, traditional tools that are absolutely timeless.

Als je een vlijmscherp mes zoek voor op je bureel (ideaal om potlodente slijpen), houtsnijwerk, ... dat écht geen plaats neemt, is dit mes iets voor jou. Je zou het zelfs als bladwijzer kunnen gebruiken. Het ademt traditie uit, maar wees wel voorzichtig bij het openen en sluiten want zoals al gezegd VLIJM-en-vlijmscherp!
