With this double-sided sharpening stone by Wüsthof, you can keep your kitchen knives and pocket knives in top condition! The stone consists of a medium side, with grit 1000, and a fine side with grit 3000. The medium side allows you to do regular maintenance on your knives, where the fine side gives your knife the ultimate sharpness. The finer the grit, the finer and sharper the end-result will be.

Fijne slijpsteen slijpt goed.zit een rubber houder bij waar je de steen stevig inlegt en op tafel kunt leggen om vervolgens je messen te slijpen.

Eventjes wennen, maar prima resultaat.
