The Tojiro double sharpening stone (1000/3000) is proving to be a great buy. I had been trying to sharpen my kitchen knives using a steel on its own, but with the use of the Tojiro double sharpening stone, I have been able to restore my knives to razor sharpness that I had not experienced before. I was also very pleased that the stones arrived in good condition from Knives and Tools within 3-4 working days. I now need to order a flattening stone to keep the sharpening stones in good condition!

Having invested a large sum of money on a set of Tojiro Senkou knives I overlooked how to keep them sharp !! Having now purchased the Tojiro sharpening stone, and watched the video, it's so easy to keep them razor sharp. An excellent stone with the right grit to ensure a great result. I also use the knife guides also purchased with the stone, they make the job foolproof
