I purchased this for camping and outdoor activities. I decided to try it with a few of the kitchen knives at home after it arrived. I have another sharpener in the press for kitchen knives, but this did a really good job of my kitchen knives and has found a home in the kitchen as a result. Consider purchasing two of these is you want to use it for camping.. It is also really well made. Great item.

This tool rsally is an excellent piece of kit, it actually does what it says on the tin? Various angles to utilise, to sharpen most work tools, including home utensils. Minimal effort to use, and even has a ceramic blade to take off the burs once sharpened.
