Adapter for easy sharpening of small knives or pocket knives with thumb rests. Suitable for both the Professional and the Apex sharpening systems.


This adapter has a smaller platform that offers more flexibility when sharpening small knives and pocket knives with a thumb rest.   
  


Due to the thickness of this adapter, the sharpening angle decreases with 1 degree. So if you set a sharpening angle of 21º, in reality you are sharpening with an angle of 20º.   
  


The adapter for small knives works with both the Professional and the Apex Edge Pro sharpening systems.

Nog niet vaak gebruikt. Maar potentiële functionaliteit.

Very useful, think of small knives like Swiss-Army-Knives or paring knifes that you can sharpen at a nice consistent angle.. Without it you cannot really achieve it.

In my opinion, it should have been a standard accessory to the edge pro kit.. Even if it costs a bit extra... Without it, you are limited to larger knives only..
