## Adding oil to your board

It makes cleaning the board easier, the wood won’t dry out and it also makes sure scratches are less visible. When adding oil to a cutting board it is best if you use a flavourless and odourless oil. Almond or grapeseed oil, for instance. (Please note: we don’t recommend using almond oil if you are allergic to nuts). Do not use olive oil because it gets sticky and dirty. Something you wish to avoid, of course. You need to add oil to your board approx. once a month.
