The **Wüsthof Classic butcher's knife 20 cm** is, because of its wavy blade, perfect for traditional butchers. Ideal to cut, trim, gut or portion different types of meat.

 It is for a reason that the Wüsthof Classic collection is the most popular collection in our extensive Wüsthof range. Each imaginable knife is available and each knife adheres to the highest demands. Like any Wüsthof Classic knife this butcher's knife is a combination of a forged blade and a handle made from black POM, an incredibly sustainable plastic. This handle can handle any substance you will find in the kitchen, is seamless and, of course, riveted to the blade without any leeway.

 The forged blade made from chromium-vanadium-steel (X50CrMoV15) is razor-sharp upon delivery. Each knife is sharpened with laser technique and precision until the ultimate sharpness has been achieved. After thorough inspection each knife will leave the production line, for a long life of intensive use. Both amateur and professional chefs often work with these kitchen knives. They are enhanced with the NSF hygiene mark.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
