If you only care about the Polispectral finish, save money and get the cheaper 1-3603-3P (which is particularly cheap). But, as a collector, you want this, for the black tweezers and toothpick, the logo which is printed in white, and of course the box. It is far too expensive for what it is. The differences with the 1-3603-3P cannot justify a 50 % price increase. Victorinox know what they do, they know collectors will buy it whatever it costs. And it worked, at least on me, because I knew all that before, and bought it anyways.
