The **Tojiro DP3 chef's knife 18 cm** is a Japanese-style chef's knife. The long blade is comprised of three layers: a VG10 core surrounded by 13-chrome steel. This knife combines the best of the Western kitchen knives with the best of the Japanese kitchen knives. Easy to use and comfortable in hand. And, of course, enhanced with a razor-sharp edge.

## Tojiro DP3 blade

The blade is made from high-quality Japanese VG10 steel, laminated between two layers of 13-Chrome stainless steel. This leaves you with a unique combination of hardness and a much higher corrosion-resistance than carbon steel.

## Tojiro DP3 handle

The handle is made from a material called ECO. It consists of multiple layers of moisture-resistant and durable plastic. The handle is secured with three rivets.
