This small **Spyderco turning knife K09PBK** with curved edge will help you with all peeling and small cutting jobs in the kitchen. The thin blade makes this knife perfect for detailed tasks such as cutting thin slices or to peel potatoes, for instance. Thanks to the curved tip you can perfectly shape round products.

 ## The handle is comprised of polypropylene

  - an extremely sustainable type of plastic - which is directly cast around the tang of the blade. Due to the lack of space between the handle material and the steel bacteria cannot settle in the knife. Incredibly hygienic!
