Nadat bij mijn vorige  officemes de punt was afgebroken (bij oneigenlijk gebruik van het mes&#128521;)weer voor Zwilling gekozen. Dit mes is vlijmscherp en handig voor heel verl verschillende snijklusjes.

de zwarte delen van het handvat barsten na verloop van enkele jaren, bij sommige messen breken dan stukjes af, waardoor de grip niet fijn is. maar het type mes voldoet 100% dus daarom eenzelfde type mes gekocht ter vervanging. ons messenblok is weer als nieuw.
