The MT from the Nitecore MT series stands for Multi-Task. These lights are designed to work in many different situations. They are enhanced with smart controls. You can, for instance, switch between two modes with a slight twist of the lamp head. With the tactical switch, you not only turn the lamp on and off, but you also switch between the different modes and functions.
