Deze messen zijn zonder uitzondering vlijmscherp in een luxe doos geleverd. De afwerking is prachtig en perfect uitgevoerd. Door het lichte gewicht en dunne lemmet zijn deze messen uitstekend geschikt voor het fijnere snijwerk.

Voorlopig zullen de messen niet geslepen worden, mede dankzij het gebruikte staalsoort. Verwachting is dat het slijpen vergelijkbaar is met een mes vervaardigd uit ZDP 189 staal. 
Vergeleken met de Sukenari ZDP 189 serie, zijn de Myabi's zeker net zo mooi en zeer aantrekkelijk geprijsd.

Wie van mooie kwalitatief hoogstaande messen houdt, is deze serie zeker een aanrader.

Hopelijk wordt deze serie uitgebreid met meerdere modellen.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
