The **LifeSaver Wayfarer** is a compact water filter that also filters viruses out of water. Most compact, easy-to-carry filters only remove bacteria and protozoa from the water. This makes the LifeSaver Wayfarer ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and travellers. Everyone looking for a reliable source of drinking water. Clean drinking water is, after all, not always available. With the LifeSaver Wayfarer you can turn polluted drinking water into clean drinking water no matter where you find yourself in the world.

## What does the LifeSaver Wayfarer filter?

## How does it work?

The advantage of the LifeSaver Wayfarer is that you can easily access clean drinking water wherever you are. You don’t need any chemicals or electricity. It's easy to use: You connect the one tube at the bottom of the filter; it goes into the source of your drinking water. The shorter tube can be connected to the top slot, filling up your bottle. You can then use the blue handle to pump the water through the filter. This water filter purifies approximately 1.4 litres of water per minute.

## LifeSaver Wayfarer filters

With the LifeSaver Wayfarer filter you can filter approximately 5000 litres of water. The bottle also contains a carbon filter that removes chlorine, aftertastes and scents. The carbon filter can filter up to 100 litres of water. We therefore recommend also adding the </en/pt/-lifesaver-wayfarer-activated-carbon-discs-for-the-wayfarer-3-pack.htm>. As such, you can filter 400 litres of water completely without aftertastes or smells.

As soon as the filter is full, it will be blocked thanks to the FailSafe technology. The water can no longer pass through it, making sure you stay safe!
