The Laguiole en Aubrac Gourmet chef's knife 15 cm is a small, elegant and versatile handmade kitchen knife. The large 'belly' and pointed tip stand out. Because of this shape the middle of the knife is quite large making it easy to cut a piece of meat or vegetables into pieces. The narrow edge towards the tip is perfect for the more detailed tasks. These knives are made by hand in Espalion, France.
