The Kramer by Zwilling Euro Meiji 38268-181 is a chef's knife with a blade length of 18 cm. The knife has been made in Seki, the knife capital of Japan. Every knife from the Euro Meiji series is a real piece of art, designed by the legendary American knife maker Bob Kramer.
Brilliant. The nature of where it’s balanced naturally draws you to a pinch grip, but it’s very comfy to hold in that grip. The handle is comfortable, though there’s no way you could use it if you’re left handed. Not the sharpest out of the box, but it takes an edge beautifully, and holds on to it for a good while as well.
