The Sleeveboard pattern of this knife owes its name to a sleeve board: a small ironing board specifically intended to help you iron small pieces of clothing, such as sleeves, trouser legs, ties and children's clothes. It's my second Jack Wolf knife and I must say these knives are amazing. "Fit and finish" is great. No gaping etc. everything is top-notch. And blade, oh god, that hollow grind is excellent this blade is a slicer.
