A good, strong kitchen essential. Bought this with a robust cutting board as a gift for a young adult who cooks. I have not seen the knife myself but I believe that the only difference to my own, upgraded version is the handle but I don't think it makes any real difference. The product arrived quickly, actually one day earlier than estimated in the busy period before Christmas.
