Fantastic knife well worth it

Biker knife arrived yesterday what a disappointment. The box was damaged looked like it had been delivered before. However there was waist to come, the knife has a dip in the cutting edge from a really poor grind out of the box sharpness is also very poor. Called Knifes and tools but they don’t answer the phone anymore. You have to leave a message and wait for a return call and I’m still waiting! Spent over £1000.00 with these guys so very disappointed at the moment. If I can’t get this sorted I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.
