The Fissler Original Profi Collection 5-piece pan set is an extensive pan set with a matching glass lid for each pan. The set has one lid measuring 24 cm, two of 20 cm and one of 16 cm. The 16 cm lid fits both the sauce pan and the cooking pot. The lids are made from stainless steel and glass. A glass lid allows you to see whether water is boiling without having to remove the lid from the pan. Great and it saves you energy! The pans are made from stainless steel and have a thick bottom with excellent thermal conductivity. This gives the pans an even distribution of heat for a better cooking result.
